COLD FEETABOUT THE NAME !!! SNARLS INSIDE ME - SMALL SNARLS

Woke up sure the name should start with ELSAS-WORD-MUSIC-, that the site name should be ELSAS-WORD-MUSIC-IMAGE-IDEA-MUSIC-EMPORIUM.COM.

Lots of back and forth.

Yet since I've started designing the site the order of the creativities has stayed unchanged - word, then story (because words can turn into stories), then image (because the site has lots of images, and I like images and image-making), then idea (images and ideas being linked, an idea being an image of something - though more word-based than image-based), and finally music (not because music is last, but because it somehow rounds it all off). Also, music in some way for me, anyway, is somehow different, in some different sphere - mood, feeling.

Talked with Philippe about it. For him, I should have waited to register the site, should be thinking about a lot of separate sites, but the word order didn't really matter.And yet he is the one who, yesterday, suggested that music should come earlier - and I quickly said it felt right to put it at the end, last being not least.

I am thinking about it, trying to muddle my way through.

My first impulse - try to get Sitesell (the great site where I'm registered) to change the name.

My second impulse - now - to ask them questions. Is this possible? How is it possible? How much does it cost?

That is what I now plan to do - slow and steady. But glad to be registered - to be using the site, its tools, to bring this site further.

So much to do, so overhwelmingly much.

So I will go back to the work - to uploading pages, typing up the word piece I wrote this morning to give the spiders what they want (lots of references to elsas creativity blog) and yet do it in a way that's right for me, not selling out, but in fact having fun playing with words.

I won't be able to put much of the piece on this page - it would overwhelm the page with references to this blog - but I'll be putting the whole piece at the end of earlier, longer entries (May 24, 2006, June 6, 2006), so maybe you will have noticed it.
